Corn and rice Pudding ข้าวเหนียวเปียกข้าวโพด

1/2 cup uncook sticky rice
2 cup water plus more 
2 tbs sugar
1 cup fresh corn or from the can
for the coconut sauce topping
2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
soak the sticky rice at least 4 hours or over night (to make cook faster)
put rice and water in the pot cook on medium heat and  stir often
might have to add water if it is too thick cook until no white in the middle
add sugar and corn stir together and turn of the heat

in another pot cook the coconut milk sugar and salt until melt 
serve the corn and rice topped with coconut sauce 


  1. This is indeed a very yummy and delicious dessert. I loves sticky rice or to me I called it glutinous rice.
