Butter cookies

170 g cake flour
110 g all purpose flour
210 g unsalt butter room temperature
130 g sugar
100 g milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

preheat oven 350 F
baking pan ungrease

sift both flours, salt and baking powder set aside

with stand mixer or hand mixer beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy

add dry ingredients alternate with milk

add vanilla mix together

use pastry bag and tip, pipe the dough on the baking sheet

baked for 16-18 minutes or until brown at the edge

let cool and keep in the air tight container

  2. these remind me of churros (the spanish doughnuts), I'm guessing these are a lot healthier though as they're baked not fried! thanks for sharing
