My snacks today " pigs in the blanket"

From the leftover homemade puff pastry which was in the freezer for 2 weeks.

The american hotdogs are too salty so I boiled them for fwe minutes.

That helped a little bit.

With a cup of latte really cheer me up before work.

Mango sticky rice

Yesterday I had the most famous thai dessert mango sticky rice .

The stickyrice I made was fine but the mango, I wish I can find mango from Thailand.

It's the best.

Macarons

I was not a fan of these cute little french cookies but I love making them . It was fun.

Especially the filling made from all kind of berries . Really yummy.

This times I use lemon jam for filling, even better to me .

The lemon balance the sweetness of the macarons
