Cream scones

recipe from here
2 c all purpose flour
5 tbs cold butter cut into cubes
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbs sugar
1 c heavy cream

preheat oven 425 F ,lining cooking sheet with parchment paper

food processor works well with this scones

put flour salt sugar and baking powder in food processor,pulse few time
add cold butter pulse for 15 second

pour into the bowl add cream andstir until form the ball

flour the surface and form the dough into the disc about an inch thick

use the 2 inches  biscuit cutter cut lay on the baking sheet
bake for 12-14 minutes

serve warm with  jelly ,jam and clotted cream
