Soft White Bread

Ingredients

 make one loaf

1 eggs

2 tbs sugar

1/2  tsp. salt

3 tbsp. butter

1/2 cup instant potato flake

1 tsp. active dry yeast

3/4 cup warm milk

2 cups all purpose flour 

I made in the bread machine

Put all ingredients in bread machine

use progarm dough  that's mean knead and rest in the machine

grease the 9 by 5 inches loaf pan

when done  bring out the dough onto the work surface

 flour the surface and hands

punch the dough and shape into the 9 inch pan

Cover pan and set in a warm place for about 1 hour, 

bake in 350 F preheat oven for 25 minutes
