ingredients
2 very ripe mashed banana
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup canola oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
preheat oven 350 F
line 2 inches paper mold on cupcake pan 22-24 paper molds
sift flour baking soda and salt together set aside
beat egg and sugar until pale and foamy
add oil continue beat
add banana and vanilla
beat until come together
add dry ingredients and fold until incorporated
put in the paper mold about 3/4
bake 18-20 until brown on the top
