Fried spring rolls (vegetarian)




half a head cabbage shreaded
1 c shreaded carrot
1/2 c mushroom
1 c thread noodle soak in water and cut into short and rinse
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 pkg spring roll wrap( 25 wrap)
1 egg yolk for glue
vegetable oil for deep fried

for the sweet and sour sauce you can buy at the store
for the recipe coming soon


mix all ingredients in the bowl ,put in the refridgerator for 30 minutes
wrap the filling glue at the end with egg yolk
fried until brown
