Fresh rolls

easy fresh rolls made at home
2 seedless cucumbers cut into striped
1 small carrot cut into striped
1 cup spring mix lettuce or baby romain
1/2 cup basil leaves
1/2 mint and cilantro leaves
2 cups steamed vemicelli
2 cup grilled pork cut into striped
1 pack of spring roll wrapper

soak the wrapper in warm water one at a time
used the paper towe tol absorbed the excess water from the wrapper
don't let it too dry
arrange all ingredients and wrap

for the dipping sauces
I have 2 kinds for spicy and less spicy
I dipped both .

all the amout of the ingredients .I estimated .
adjust to your taste.

green chilli dipping sauce (spicy)
4-5 thai bird chilli
half of garlic head peeled
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup fish sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2-3 tbs sugar

put everything in the blender blened for 30 second

peanut- hoisin dipping sauce(less spicy)
2 tbs hoisin sauce
2 tbs chunky peanut butter
1 tbs jalapeno relish
2 tbs vinegar
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs soy sauce

put all in the bowl and stir, may add water fot the consistency you like
